Have you watched the youngest lady MP in Indian Parliament?

I had not. But, after watching it I found she had no conviction in the topic that she chose for her speech. I don't think she cares about the farmers. She is just trying to use her English speaking skills to sound informed. Somebody commented on the youtube video: "Good recitation of essay: 8/10" It aptly describes the speech.

Why should we care about whether one is woman or man, old or young as long as they are good leaders? I don't think it is progress if we elect young MPs who have no conviction. On the other hand, if somebody has conviction and vision, we should have no problem in electing an 18 year old for an MP post.
