If you become a professor in North America, how much break time do you get (including winter break, summer break, etc.) compared to becoming a professor in Europe like Italy, Spain, UK, France and Asia like Japan, Korea, etc.?

I don't know about other countries, but in US, the professors usually get ~3 months in summers and ~1 month in winters, not that they take them. I am talking about research universities here.  I don't think it should be any different in Europe, but Asia might be a different story. In India, we get 65 days of vacation which can be taken anytime in summer or winter break.
