Guessing from your name, I think you are from India, Ricky.
So looking from jobs perspective, BSc Physics might not be a good idea, as I don't think you will get any job related to physics in India after doing BSc Physics.
But, you can choose Electrical Engineering, if you like "electronics" and "solid state" in physics. And if you like more the mechanics side, you can choose "Mechanical Engineering". If you like optics, nuclear, etc, you can choose Engineering Physics, which some of the IITs have.
