Good food is good. Bad food is bad.
Good food like home cooked vegetables and chapatis is good because it provides you with the strength and energy to do your daily activities and at the same time satisfies your hunger.
Bad food like McDonald's and other fast food or even restaurant food for that matter neither satisfies your hunger nor does it provide you with much nutrition. Only thing it does is add toxins into your body which then the body has to work very hard to get rid of.
